Founded in Vadodara in 1991 by Rajendra Shah, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus and civil engineer, TallyPower Solution began with a simple belief: technology should be a business’s greatest ally, not its biggest hurdle. Founder & Managing Director

Founded TallyPower in 1991 with a clear belief that technology should make business simpler, more efficient, and more accessible. His early vision was rooted in helping businesses adopt technology with confidence while keeping their practical needs at the centre.

Over more than three decades, Rajendra’s leadership has shaped TallyPower from a single office in Vadodara into a trusted business technology organization. His emphasis on relationships, service, and long-term value continues to influence the way TallyPower works with clients and partners.

Executive Director

With 15 years of experience in the business technology sector, Gaurav Shah plays a key role in leading TallyPower’s day-to-day operations and growth strategy. His engineering background and strong understanding of technology allow him to work closely with businesses on their evolving needs.

Gaurav brings a hands-on approach to client relationships, implementation, and expansion, helping TallyPower strengthen its capabilities while building the next phase of its journey. His leadership represents the continued evolution of a legacy built over more than 35 years.
